Half of what people return could have been patched, and the other half has to go back through the store that sold it.
Returns and warranty claims
Both run through the order page of the partner store you bought from. They hold the order, the payment and the warranty record, so a claim raised there is resolved in days and a claim raised with us goes nowhere. Keep the packaging until you have inflated the item once and checked it holds.
Before you start a claim on something inflatable
Check the valve is fully seated. It is the cause of most apparent leaks.
Soap and water over the seams will find a real leak in two minutes. If it is a pinhole, the patch in the box fixes it permanently and in less time than the claim would take.
A new shell that softens slightly on its first night is normal. Air cools and vinyl relaxes; top it up and watch it for a second night before deciding.
Before you start a claim on satin
Creases from the shipping bag are not a defect and will drop out overnight on a hanger.
A loose rhinestone or a lifted letter can be fixed from the inside with a dot of clear fabric glue, which is faster than a replacement and leaves no mark.
Care that prevents the claim
Vinyl: rinse, dry fully, fold loosely, store dark and dry.
Satin: cold wash, inside out, no softener, no dryer, hang damp.
Waffle cotton: wash warm, tumble low, and skip the softener so the weave keeps drying fast.
