Knock on the screen door
One address, two kinds of question, and an honest note about the third kind.
Write to us
backyard@sunshinemall.pages.dev reaches a person. We answer most notes within two working days, and faster in summer, when we are already thinking about this stuff.
Things we are good at
Which bumper ball size fits a given lawn.
Whether a robe listing has the colour and size you need before you click through.
How long something takes to inflate, and what pump to use.
Corrections. If a price, a size or a description on this site is wrong, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Things we genuinely cannot do
We do not take orders, hold stock or ship anything. The purchase happens on the product listing, with the partner store you buy from, and so does everything that follows it: tracking, delivery dates, returns, replacements and warranty claims. Use the order page of the store you bought from for all of those, because they hold the order and we do not.
