At the tailgate
What actually turns up, and who is responsible for getting it there.
Delivery is handled by the store you buy from
Every card here hands you over to the product listing, and the store behind that listing picks, ships and tracks the order. Delivery windows, shipping costs and tracking numbers all live on the order page of that store. We have no view of your order at all.
What the boxes look like
Bumper balls ship folded flat, two to a box, with a repair kit. A 48 inch pair arrives heavier than people expect, around the weight of a full suitcase.
Pool floats and seat cushions ship small and light, often in a bag rather than a box.
Robes and wraps arrive in a flat poly bag. Creases from that bag drop out in a day on a hanger.
Free standing punching bags ship empty. The base is filled at home, with water or sand, and neither is included.
Before you plan the party around it
Give yourself a spare day for the first inflate, especially with a foot pump, and check that you have a pump at all. Most inflatable items ship without one.
If something is late or missing
Open the order page of the partner store you bought from and raise it there. They can see the shipment, the carrier and the stock, and they are the only ones who can fix it.
